HYPRES Series
HYPRES-1
The HYPRES Series system consists of an American made compressor 9 to 18 cfm 5000 to 6000 psi, Class 2 Containment (NFPA 1901 certified), air management panel, and DOT or ASME air storage. The HYPRES Series consists of four products all in one unit. All four products are built on a single common frame.
Compressor Features:
- Automatic Condensate drain system eliminating condensate buildup
- High pressure shutdown switch
- High temperature shutdown switch
- Relief valves on each stage of compression
- Intercoolers and finned after coolers
- Six foot fill hose with SS CGA adapter and bleed valve
- Zinc rich powder coat providing protection from extreme environmental exposure up to 2000 hours of exposure
Gauge Panel:
- Hour Meter
- Oil Pressure Gauge
- Gauges for each stage
- Fault lights for high temperature and low oil pressure
- Guarded On/Off switch
- Power indicator light

Purification:
- Replaceable cartridge type purification system providing up to approx. 60,000 SCF of Grade "E" air between filter changes.
- See view indicator visually monitoring moisture and CO elements in the air supply.
Class 2 Containment:
- Safety Interlock control system
- (1) Fill hose w/SS bleed valve & fill adapter
- NFPA 1901 compliant
Air Management Panel:
- Gauge & valve for each DOT cylinder (2)
- Gauge & valve for each fill position (1)
- Adjustable regulator 0-6000 psi
- Inlet and outlet gauges
Air Storage:
- (2) DOT 5000 or 6000 storage cylinder cascade system
